Smashing Magazine lists 10 Usability Nightmares You Should Be Aware of complete with explanations and examples. Backpack is a great application, but it isn’t without its flaws. The article mentions one. The other is that I can’t find formatting help from within the application when I have a certain login privilege. I figured this out because I could see the help for one account, but not for other.
